What began in my grandmother's kitchen

Warm Kitchen started as a cluttered Sunday notebook where I scribbled down the recipes my grandmother never wrote down. A kneaded dough here, a stock simmering there — all the little gestures that made her food taste like home. Twelve years later, those notes became a restaurant, a cookbook and a small community of cooks I'm endlessly grateful for.

  • Every dish is seasonal and sourced from within 100km when we can.
  • Small plates to share, always.
  • Zero food waste — scraps become stocks, pickles and bread.
